We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling State Farm Insurance products to new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your sales expertise and customer-centric approach will play a vital role in driving the success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events.
  • Conduct needs-based analysis to identify customer insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products.
  • Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up on quotes and proposals, addressing any customer questions or concerns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, State Farm products, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to create marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
  • A valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
